The Bronx Health Link is located on the 9th floor of the Bronx County Courthouse, on the southwest corner of Grand Concourse and 161st Street. There are public building entrances on Grand Concourse and 161st Street, which require people to pass through metal detectors.

By Subway: Take the B, D, or 4 train to the 161st St. stop; walk east on 161st up the hill to Grand Concourse.

By Bus: Take the Bx1, Bx2, BxM4A, BxM4B to 159th St or the Bx1, Bx2 to 161st St. and walk to the 159th St. entrance, or the Bx6 to 161st and Gerard Avenue, and walk east up the hill on 161st St. toward the Grand Concourse until reaching the court building. 

By Car: Take the Major Deegan Expressway, Exit 5 - 161st St., to Grand Concourse.
